I'd love to see you in clinic and hope you can make your appointment but I understand that sometimes, things happen.

I'm a small business/ self employed and late cancellations/ reschedules or 'no shows' affect me, therefore I ask for notice if you can no longer make your appointment. I appreciate each situation is unique.

• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours before treatment: no charge is made.

• Less than 48 hours before treatment but more than 24 hours: charge is 50% of the treatment cost.

• Within 24 hours or no show appointments: charge is full treatment price. No shows may be refused in future.
